Feeling French
A+ student in my Macaroon class with Chef Martin Gilligan. It's interesting to know that although macaroons contain 0g fat (shocking, I know), it's purely made from sugar. If anyone is interested in the recipe, send me an email, I'll be more than happy to share it to you.
Daily Dose
Zinc Cafe and Marketplace just made my list of to go brunch spots in the neighborhood. The plating is amazing, simple and sophisticated. It's vegetarian, but totally on point even for a meat lover like myself. Thumb up!
