When the tomboy meets the girly girl, you get a cool casual look of the military inspired top with a fit and flare skirt. The skirt is a new addition to my closet over the Memorial Day weekend sale. My inner girly side just cries for more fit and flare and midi skirts. Can’t help it but love the stripes and spikes combination. Nevertheless, opposites attract right?
